What to expect for early Spring at the market:
Brogue Hydroponics: hydroponic tomatoes, sweet local York County strawberries, our green house red raspberries, fine butterhead lettuce, green leaf and red leaf, spring mix, burp-less cucumbers, fresh asparagus, some perennials plants, herbs both potted and fresh-cut
Blueberry Hill: strawberries, sugar snap peas, rhubarb, onions, radishes, a variety of lettuce, asparagus, homemade dog treats, bird houses made from gourds, rosemary, oregano, mint tea, and spinach
Dia Doce: a newly founded gourmet cupcake company offering cupcakes to satisfy the sweet tooth in everyone. We carefully prepare and bake our gourmet cupcakes from scratch every day and pair the elegance of hand-decorated cupcakes with original tempting flavors. Our products are made with 100% natural ingredients with no artificial flavors, and we aim to buy our ingredients from as many local farms as possible. We're happy to meet your needs for any occasion, from weddings to parties to a few simple delicacies "just because". We will also cater to special diets and allergies. At the FMGV we will have an assortment of flavors including the traditional vanilla, chocolate and red velvet along with some foodie flavors like lemon basil, blackberry fudge, and vanilla bean latte. We can't wait to share our passion for baking and our cupcakes with everyone!

Jack's Jams and Jellies (e/o week): 25 different homemade varieties, sweetened with sugar, no syrups, and made in small batches in Jack's kitchen. Try some "Fire in the Hole Jam." Guaranteed to fire you up.
Mompops: a gourmet frozen fruit, juice and cream Popsicle Company out of Chester County. Our Popsicles are made from fresh local fruit, coconut milk, chocolate and other exciting ingredients. Our pops have no sugar or sugar bi-products added. We sweeten our pops, if necessary, with Organic Agave Nectar. All of our treats are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free and Vegan Friendly while staying under 100 calories!!! We will be at the Market weekly with fresh pops made that morning and rotating our flavors every week with ingredients from local fellow farmers market vendors!. We will also be selling our pops by the case at $20.00 for 11 and if you bring your box back each week you receive a FREE Popsicle! This is a great way to enjoy Mompops throughout the entire week while counting down the hours till your next assortment of pops come in.
