The Township Manager is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Township, responsible to the Board for the execution of its policies. The manager directs all administrative departments, prepares the annual budget and recommends other policies and procedures to the Board. The East Whiteland Township Manager is Terry Woodman. There are several departments that have been created to assist in the administration of the day-to-day affairs of the Township. These departments are: Code Enforcement, Finance, Fire Protection, Police and Public Works. The directors of each of these departments are hired by and are under the direct supervision of the Township Manager.

More than 60 full-time, part-time and seasonal employees comprising these departments are responsible for carrying out the Township’s mission of providing the best of local government services to our constituents.
