The 35-acre Valley Creek Park on Route 29 received some much needed improvements in 2006. A portion of the project was funded by a county grant approved by the Chester County Commissioners.

The improvements included rebuilding the parking areas, stormwater management, installation of lighting, and an amphitheater.

Ecology ParkUse SHIFT+ENTER to open the menu (new window).

The Township has applied for a Growing Greener grant with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to stabilize the stream bank at the Conestoga Trail Ecology Park. Stream bank stabilization will mitigate erosion and sedimentation along both sides of the Valley Creek stream.

The park is located on Conestoga Road (Route 401) across from the Township Municipal Building.
