The project will include an underground infiltration system which was already designed and installed as apart of the original portion of the project.
|Malvern Technology Drive LLC- 358 Technology Drive Waiver of Land Development to build a permanent 3,255 square foot addition to the existing building to act as a corridor (walkway) between existing areas of the building.
With the removal of some of the existing impervious coverage on the property (building overhangs and sidewalks) the total amount of new impervious coverage on the property relating to the to the improvement is approximately 1,908 square feet. The property is located within the O/BP Office Business Park Zoning District.
