NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 29, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the East  Whiteland Township Municipal Building located at 209 Conestoga Road, Frazer, Pennsylvania, the Board of Supervisors of East Whiteland Township will hold a public hearing for a conditional use application of Artisan Construction Group, LLC, which requests conditional use approval in accordance with Sections 200-26.F and 200-109 of the East Whiteland Township Zoning Ordinance to develop a 50.55 acre tract of land located along Flat Road, East Whiteland Township, being Tax Parcel No. 42-4-6.1, in the Township’s R-1 Residential District as a cluster development with an increased maximum permitted tract density due to proposed reuse of a historic resource as part of the development plan. A copy of the Conditional Use Application summarized above is on file and available to the public at the East Whiteland Township Municipal Building, located at 209 Conestoga Road, Frazer, East Whiteland Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. where it may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge not greater than the cost thereof.
